Sustainable buildings are economically, ecologically, and socially of an advantage. Early analysis of the entire life cycle - from construction and use to conversion and dismantling - provide important insights into environmental impacts and consequential costs. With comparative analysis of different design options, energy concepts and component variations, we are able optimize the life cycle costs and the ecological life cycle assessment. The results serve the whole design team as a basis for decision-making in pursuit of their sustainability goals.
